Since releasing his debut EP, "Dirty Little Love Songs" in May 2017, award-winning writer and musician Rick Sparkes and his band The Enablers have been busy touring in support of the record, sharing their blend of rootsy rock and roll with audiences all across the Maritimes. Along with taking the stage at the Rogers Hometown Hockey event in Charlottetown and performing for Bell TV's program "Club One New Releases," one of the highlights of 2017 was being nominated for two Music PEI Awards.

Rick and The Enablers are back in Studio Dimanche working with the talented Brent Chaisson at the controls on their first full-length LP, "The Trouble with the Light," a collection of guitar-driven folk-rock anthems that sound like they were written simultaneously for both the well-adjusted, as well as the broken-hearted.

"The Trouble with the Light" will be available August 2018, with the first single scheduled for release in June.
